To contact a Dr to give you appointment by phone you have to fill in a list of questions on a online form,which is very frustrating and if your not well is the last thing you want to do,I think some of these Dr just dont want to work with patients anymore it's to much hard work,this surgery has always been bad but know this virus has just given them an excuse not to bother with us anymore.

This is the only GP practice where the doctors throw the word cancer at you like it is a common cold. I was left crying, depressed and in total shock to be told that I may have cancer in my body. The GP's total lack of respect to me as the patient was diabolical.
Before throwing the word cancer around, the GP should have just said that they need to carry out some tests to see why my anemia was not getting any better.
Perhaps all GP's at this practice should be taught how to treat patients in a way that does not leave them crying and in total shock due to the lack of so called decent bedside manners.
I would not recommend this surgery to anyone.
How it has won an award in 2020 for delivering outstanding care is beyond me.

Would just like to thank dr pande for his professional friendly and careful diagnosis
He quickly identified the potential problem and got me very quickly into the correct course of treatment
considering this was cancer of the oesophagus without this speedy intervention the outcome could have been very different as I have now been given the all clear from the marsden

Extremely disappointed with Dr Pasan. I needed help with vaccinations as I was volunteering to help front line staff in these times of the covid virus. He just tried to fob me off. I was trying to help colleagues in the NHS and he wasn’t interested or even tried to help me. So upset with Dr Pasan. The receptionist Babs was amazing and helpful.
